Sunlight Care Parkview is a warm and welcoming nursing and residential home based in the heart of Nottingham. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team and help provide the highest standard of care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Care Worker at Sunlight Care Parkview, you will be supporting residents with their personal care needs, promoting independence, and helping to maintain their physical and emotional wellbeing in a safe and homely environment. You will work as part of a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may be living with other complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with mobility and mealtimes
  • Monitor and record residents' health and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Engage residents in activities to support mental and physical health
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, senior carers, and families

About You:

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
  • Kind, patient, and caring nature
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake training and development
  • Right to work in the UK
