The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All of our roles are open to part-time, job‐share and other types of flexibility. Role Purpose
Our Campaign Managers bring campaign ideas to life and deliver impactful marketing communications to our customers. A key player in the campaign planning process, the Campaign Managers collaborate with the Product Marketing Managers to design, build and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive response and conversion. They own the day‐to‐day campaign plan and collaborate with internal and external partners to project manage and track campaign performance.
Key accountabilities
- You will support in the creation of digital media annual channel campaign plan using previous campaign and channel insights to drive response and effectiveness.
- You will support the Product Marketing Manager in developing the campaign creative brief ensuring collaboration between internal teams and executing the campaign delivery management process.
- You will manage the day‐to‐day delivery of the campaign assets, following Key deliverable dates, ensuring collaboration with internal teams through our internal project management and approval tool.
- You will review and proof‐check campaign assets to ensure they meet the campaign brief, the visual identity and customer value proposition, and confirm that the product positioning is correct.
- You will work with our agency to launch digital channel campaigns, and manage the day‐to‐day campaign activation, budget and relationship with third‐party partners to deliver the campaign channel KPIs.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to provide and present regular campaign channel performance updates to senior stakeholders.
- You will monitor campaign performance daily and take immediate action to ensure the campaigns are delivering to the KPIs.
- You will execute the test and learn plan, gathering insights to inform future channel campaigns and feeding into creative briefs that could sit outside of campaign activity.
How you'll be successful (measures)
- You will deliver the campaign KPIs set in the marketing channel plan.
- You will ensure the campaign delivery meets the target deadlines.
- You will analyse and measure all key campaign performance metrics taking immediate action to ensure campaigns deliver to the budget and targets.
- You will provide reports and dashboards on campaign performance to support various senior leadership team meetings.
- You will use your project management skills to ensure all project timelines are met, in budget and recorded accurately.
- You will be ensuring key deliverable dates are met; managing key stakeholders ensuring digital campaign assets go through correct process for approval. This sometimes may include supporting offline such as TV assets if required.

Skills & experience required
- Good experience in campaign management from concepting to delivery and executing.
- Financial services experience is desirable.
- Has some knowledge of digital channels and creative best practices.
- Some experience writing briefs and managing creative campaign development.
- Experience in problem solving and taking action to resolve campaign challenges.
- Good experience in evaluating creative ensuring it is clear on customer target, positioning and objectives, whilst remaining compliant and adhering to standards.
- Ability to measure campaign metrics and using data insights to take data‐driven and commercial decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Experience managing business stakeholders and influencing day‐to‐day third‐party relationships to deliver campaign KPIs.
