This role is based in our Bristol Office with time spent working in the office and at home.

Being a member of our Change team is an exciting place to be. As a Junior Business Process Analyst, you will be working with internal parts of the business as well as external suppliers to identify and document business and IT requirements and solutions to enable project deliveries and process improvement.
Here’s what you’ll do for us:
- You’ll use your skills and techniques to accurately capture and document business requirements and identify opportunities to improve the business processes.
- You’ll work through all project phases to support the development and delivery of optimal business solutions, including Target Operating models and business cases.
- You’ll ensure that our customers are fully accounted for when defining requirements.
- You’ll support testing and business verification activities to deliver change successfully into our business as usual operation.
- You’ll always look to build upon experience, capture learnings and recommend improvements to business and project processes.
- You’ll build positive relationships with internal customers and internal suppliers to communicate requirements to provide clarity of changes taking place.
- You’ll continually seek out industry and technical knowledge and improve on professional skills by completing necessary development activities.

What we want you to bring to the table:
- You’ll have some experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Improvement Analyst, ideally in commercial, marketing or financial environments.
- You’ll have strong analysis skills.
- You’ll be adept at using skills in facilitation and negotiation.
- You’ll pay rigorous attention to detail.
- You’ll have good awareness of commercial practices and business processes within marketing and ideally financial services.
- You’ll have good knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and good working knowledge of Office products including Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- You’ll have sound planning and organisational abilities.
- You’ll be able to identify business impacts of proposed changes and be a creative problem solver.
