We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated administrative support with a focus on delivering excellent service. As admin support, you’ll need to be well organised and self-motivated to manage conflicting priorities delivering positive outcomes for external customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll work with and be supported at all times by a team of Operations Managers.

Here’s what you’ll do for us:

  • Handle inbound requests from multiple sources (through email contact) – providing the correct outcome with confidence or forwarding on to the right place.
  • Confidently navigate multiple internal software systems to gather customer information and reach the right outcome.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes to reduce the time taken to respond to the volume and/or reduce the volume of customer contacts.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all you do.

How you’ll be successful:

  • Providing right first time responses to customers and stakeholders, minimising the need for them to reply.
  • Generate positive customer feedback and stakeholder feedback.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders effectively to understand their needs, meeting agreed service performance standards.
  • Be extremely organised and efficient – you’ll be working with multiple mailboxes, queries and stakeholders.
