We have an exciting opportunity for a Road Collision Caseworker to join our team covering the South Wales Police Force area. This is a part-time role, working 15 hours a week over 2 days. You must live within South Wales and be able to travel regularly to provide face-to-face support to families bereaved by road traffic collisions.

About The Role
You will join a dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed support to service users. Key qualities include resilience, empathy, excellent listening skills, and strong organization skills to manage a diverse caseload. Comprehensive training will be provided, including criminal justice, trauma support, and resilience building. Regular travel is essential; a driving license and access to a vehicle are required unless you have a disability, in which case please specify in your application for reasonable adjustments.
