We have an exciting opportunity for a Children and Young Persons Domestic Abuse Caseworker to join the Dorset team, working 26.25 hours per week.

About The Role
As a Caseworker you will deliver a specialist enhanced service to all young victims of crime. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering support to young victims of crime using appropriate service guidance and policy framework.
- Developing and enhancing local key stakeholder relationships.
- Maintaining and improving service delivery standards and effectiveness.
Alongside supporting all young victims of crime the service delivery model for young victims has three further aims:
- To reduce the risk factors around the young person
- To increase protective factors around the young person
- Increase the young person\’s resilience levels
In addition to these core duties, the Caseworker will also be expected to assist with work with other crime-types.
