About the Position

Account Directors are an essential part of our senior team, they set the tone for the agency, shaping our culture with their knowledge, leadership and drive. A trustworthy collaborator with a strong strategic mind, they transform clients into partners, nurturing relationships through thought and understanding. They direct all aspects of each account with skill, taking complex projects in their stride, whilst giving their team the inspiration they need to deliver brave creative work time and time again. Their mentorship of the Client Service team is crucial, helping them develop their skill set in order to deliver the best results for our clients worldwide.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • A passion for our industry; Must have FMCG packaging-focused brand design agency experience at Account Director level, or be a seasoned Senior Account Manager, looking for a step up.
  • Commitment to team development: At Sunhouse, we're people first, and no one is an island. You'll empower the team to do their best work, supporting their growth and development, whilst recognising moments where more hands on support is needed.
  • Commercially Savvy: You'll understand financial business targets and, with our Ops and finance teams, deliver the framework and vision required to achieve them.
  • Strategically Minded: You'll have it and be able to apply it to our client's business and the categories they operate in.
  • Strong Creative Eye: With deep respect and understanding of design, you'll have an opinion and be able to express it in a way that supports the creative process, and ladders back to the strategy and client brief.
  • Ready for Adventure: You'll want to be in the office three days a week with the team, but be equally ready to hop on a plane to visit our overseas clients.
