Our client roster includes some of the biggest global names in FMCG alongside some of the most exciting, up-and-coming challenger brands around. We are a highly-creative, hands-on team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be involved in managing the efficient flow of work through the creative studio by following established scheduling processes. This role focuses on the operational execution of resource allocation, freelancer management, and administrative support to ensure the Client Services team meets delivery deadlines within a creative agency environment.
Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a creative, design, or integrated agency environment, with a solid understanding of the creative process from initial scoping to delivery.
You'll also have experience with resource management software (e.g., com, or Paprika), interpreting project scopes, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. You'll possess diplomacy, operational rigour, adaptability and exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and review project scopes, proposals, and timings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between creative teams and account managers, and to liaise with freelancers.
Our new Traffic Manager role will receive all the industry-standard perks they'd expect, as well as actual work-life balance in a world-class studio that's in the heart of a vibrant city, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our current hybrid working arrangement allows employees to choose to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate with the whole team in the studio Tuesdays - Thursdays.
