We are looking for a motivated Residential Energy Consultant to help homeowners explore and adopt smart energy solutions. You will work with qualified customer enquiries, understand their energy needs, present suitable solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer consultations via video call, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer energy usage, requirements, and objectives.
- Present solar PV and battery storage solutions.
- Explain system benefits, energy savings, and financial returns.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
