We are Sungrow, a global leader in clean energy technology, and we are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Operations Intern to join our UK team. This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience at the heart of a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven business – where your work genuinely makes things happen.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in managing sales contracts and navigating internal systems and offline processes to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Act as a key connector between headquarters production, logistics, project, and sales teams – helping coordinate seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • Serve as the friendly point of contact for customers on topics such as lead times, invoicing, payments, and delivery updates, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis, including shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support the issuance of invoices and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams on payment follow‑up.
  • Help monitor credit limits and flag shipment‑related payment risks, contributing to a healthy and reliable order pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Exposure to international trade, manufacturing, or supply chain environments – whether through studies, a previous internship, or personal interest.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills and comfortable working across different teams and time zones.
  • Solid analytical and data handling capabilities – ability to turn numbers into useful insights.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Communicate confidently in English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
