The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Your mission is to support the Sales Team with contract and order execution from countersignature to payment, including order placement, shipment monitoring, and invoicing in ERP. You will coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. Communicate with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery topics. Prepare regular analysis reports such as shipment updates and sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis. Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks for shipments. Mentor and support the local Sales Operations team through training, guidance, and problem-solving expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Prior experience in the solar industry and/or international trade is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and strong data analysis skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
