Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated junior Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in interpreting insurance policies, reviewing contracts, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing demands analysis to adapt and optimize insurance coverage, negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure the best coverage and rates.
- Provide expert advice on insurance-related clauses, assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Assist internally with the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Handle insurance claims, from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, analyse and interpret insurance policies to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to insurance, keep abreast of changes in insurance laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk management strategies, control and manage potential risks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and risk management activities to senior management.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures in Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English (at least C1); Mandarin is a plus.
