Hello there! We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Business Partner to champion our people strategy across our UK operations. You will be a vital link between our leadership and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your Profile & Role

- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced and international environment.
- Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, natural communicator, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (C2 level) and solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Thrives in a dynamic setting and eager to contribute to an innovative company.
