- Support the Sales Team with end-to-end contract and sales order execution, from contract countersignature all the way through to payment receipt.
- Work closely with Sales and Legal Teams to manage sales contracts efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate across Production (HQ), Logistics, Project, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Be the key point of contact for customers on topics including lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates.
- Gather and compile regular analysis reports - including shipment reports and sales forecasts - on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Issue commercial invoices and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to follow up on payment collection on a weekly basis.
- Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risk across shipments.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to improve planning, reporting, and processes.

- Prior experience in the solar industry and/or in a sales operations or coordination role is a strong plus.
- International business knowledge or hands-on experience working in cross-border environments.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills - you are clear, proactive, and a natural connector.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, with the ability to keep things smart and simple.
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is a welcome plus.
