Your mission
Hello there and a warm welcome to Sungrow! We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Senior Sales Operations Specialist for the UK & Ireland. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
- Support the Sales Team with contract and order execution from countersignature to payment, including order placement, shipment monitoring, and invoicing in ERP.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery topics.
- Prepare regular analysis reports such as shipment updates and sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks for shipments.
- Mentor and support the local Sales Operations team through training, guidance, and problem-solving expertise.
Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Prior experience in the solar industry and/or international trade is a strong plus.

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
