We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HSE Operations Intern . Curious about what this role involves? Let’s dive in:
- Support the HSE Manager with administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining HSE documentation (policies, procedures, risk assessments).
- Ensure accurate document control and maintain HSE records, logs, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, safety statistics, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in HSE inspections, audits, and site safety checks, recording findings and follow-up actions.
- Support incident, accident, and near-miss reporting processes.
- Help manage HSE aspects of the company vehicle fleet, including documentation, inspections, and driver safety records.
- Potential to travel within in the UK to support the HSE Manager.
Your profile

- Must have an interest in Health and Safety with the intention of career progression.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and records.
- Local to Milton Keynes to work in the office 5 days per week.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Basic understanding of HSE principles and willingness to learn operational practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English C1; other European languages are a plus.
