- Support the day‑to‑day bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts, keeping our financial engine running smoothly.
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely and effective debt collection.
- Resolve invoice‑related queries both internally and with external stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Upload supplier invoices into our internal system for approval and prepare documentation for weekly supplier payment runs.
- Process statement reconciliations across bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records.

- Comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
