Hello there and a warm welcome to Sungrow EV Charging Division! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our fast-growing team as Key Account Manager for DC EV Charging across the UK & Ireland. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts including CPOs, fleet operators, and bus depots across the UK & Ireland.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer electrification strategies and long-term growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations for supply agreements, framework contracts, and service structures.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, service, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of multi-site deployments.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, business reviews, and issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to provide insights for strategy.
Your profile

- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales within EV charging, power electronics, or energy infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of DC fast and ultra-fast charging applications for public networks, fleets, and depots.
- Skilled in managing complex accounts, long sales cycles, and multi-year agreements.
- Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.
- Bonus points for experience with CPOs, fleet operators, or public transport authorities, and a technical background in EV charging or energy systems.
