As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll be a key presence on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the team to perform at their best.
This role is ideal for someone who loves selling, takes pride in doing things right, and enjoys guiding others through example.

- What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑led customer experiences through confident storytelling and product expertise
- Act as a role model for standards, behaviours and selling excellence on the shop floor
- Support the Store and Assistant Manager by coaching and encouraging team performance
- Lead by example during busy periods, helping the team stay focused, energized and customer first.
- Share product knowledge, tips and feedback to help others grow
- Support visual merchandising, stock standards and daily operational tasks
- Contribute to achieving store KPIs and commercial goals
About You
- Strong retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or fashion‑led environment
- Confident seller with a natural ability to connect with customers
- Passionate about coaching, supporting and motivating others
- Positive, reliable and respected by peers
- Commercially aware and customer‑focused
- Interested in developing toward future leadership opportunities
