We’re growing our Operations & Maintenance team and have a strong pipeline of work, offering consistent hours and excellent earning potential.
Pay & Hours
- Hourly paid role with typical working week: 40–45 hours
- Overtime paid on all hours over 45/week
- Higher earnings achievable with additional overtime
The Role
- Diagnosing and fault finding on solar PV systems
- Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections
- Completing technical remedials / component replacement works
- Supporting installation of solar PV and battery systems
- Working across domestic and commercial sites
- Providing technical support to customers
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- BS 7671: 18th Edition (or willingness to update)
- Full UK driving licence
- Commercial electrical experience
Desirable (not essential)
- Solar PV / battery experience
- C&G 2391 Test & Inspect
- SSSTS or SMSTS
No solar experience? We’ll train the right electrician.
