Sundridge Park Club is one of Bromley's leading Racket Sports Clubs, offering exceptional facilities including tennis, squash, padel, bar areas and extensive grounds.
We are seeking a reliable, practical and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role responsible for helping maintain our buildings, sports facilities and grounds to the high standards expected by our members and guests.
The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated and capable of carrying out a wide variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring the Club remains safe, attractive and operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the Club's buildings and facilities.
- Undertake routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with minor plumbing, decorating, carpentry and basic electrical tasks.
- Upkeep of facilities, tennis courts & padel courts.
- Perform health and safety checks and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with setting up facilities for events.
- Keep the bar cellar in a safe and tidy condition.
- Change beer kegs and gas bottles in cellar
- Maintain maintenance records and report completed works.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities or "handyman" role.
- Practical skills across a range of trades.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Friendly, professional approach and willingness to support colleagues.
