About the Role:
Exciting Opportunity: Quality Control Technician I (QC Tech I) to join our team. If you have a background in science or cannabis, strong analytical skills, and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing technical and quality control procedures in compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Conducting in-process inspections, sampling, and testing of cannabis products and materials
- Verifying and releasing incoming raw materials, packaging, and labeling components
- Monitoring cleaning, sanitation, pest control, calibration, and maintenance programs
- Supporting batch record reviews to confirm conformance before product release
- Maintaining retention samples and performing additional QA support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a scientific or cannabis-related field
- HACCP certified edible manufacturer or prior safe food handling practices considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capability of multitasking with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and communication skills
