What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Reaching out to businesses and introducing them to our magazines
- Making outbound calls (don’t worry—you’ll be trained!)
- Following up leads and building relationships with clients
- Sending out magazines, quotes, and invoices
- Helping customers with questions about ads, subscriptions, and marketing
- Supporting with payments and account queries
- Processing adverts and keeping everything organised behind the scenes
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Working with the team to help bring each issue together
A positive attitude and willingness to learn, confidence talking to people (on the phone and by email), good organisation skills—you can keep track of things, and an interest in media, sales, or marketing are essential. Any retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a bonus—but not essential.
