The BIDs are behind Sunderland Gift Card, Sunderland Restaurant Week, Sunderland Food and Drink Festival, and much more!

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunderland as a Marketing and Events Assistant. Your role will be to help deliver Sunderland BIDs' projects to sustain Sunderland City Centre, Sheepfolds and Seafront as vibrant places to work, live and visit, and as destinations for leisure and business, promoting the BID areas through innovative initiatives and events.

What to expect?

  • 35 hours per week (some evenings and weekend work required)
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • City centre and seafront based, 5 days a week
  • Pension contribution and access to an employee assistance programme
  • £25,000 salary per annum
  • Driving license required
