We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our Tote team on a casual basis. If you enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment and have great people skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do:

• Take and process bets from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Provide clear information about Tote betting options
• Accurately handle card transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
• Work as part of a team to maintain a fun and professional race night experience

What is casual work?

Casual work gives you the flexibility to fit shifts around your lifestyle. Once you've registered your interest, we'll offer you shifts in advance - primarily on race days, especially Saturday evenings. Shifts depend on the racing calendar and seasonal demand, so there's plenty of variety!

• A basic level of numeracy (you'll be handling bets and cash)
• Willingness to work Saturday evenings and weekends
