Sunderland City Council is recruiting a PVH City Alarm Emergency Centre Officer to join the 24/7 City Alarm and Emergency Centre team in Washington, Tyne and Wear. You will monitor alarms and CCTV, respond to incidents, and provide timely information to help keep our communities safe.
The role requires excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, a flexible approach, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
