Sunderland City Council are seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer to work within the Adult Services Directorate.

Responsibilities

  • Data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting, service reviews, benchmarking, inspection and assessment, organisational strategy, service planning, consultation and research and needs analysis.
  • Contribute quality assurance information that will inform the contract management process.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems.
  • Support the production of statistical returns and surveys.

The successful applicant will have a wide range of transferable experience within an appropriate background as well as excellent ICT skills, good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary area of work. Excellent organisational skills will be required to balance a varied and wide-ranging workload with competing priorities.
