An exciting opportunity exists to join the Bereavement Services team at Sunderland City Council and work within this progressive department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare grave spaces for private interments and cremated remains.
- Coordinate family burials across 10 cemeteries in Sunderland.
- Liaise with Funeral Directors and Memorial Masons to ensure service excellence for every service and every family.
- Oversee cremation processing at Sunderland crematorium as part of a duty rotation.
