The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
30 hours per week, annualised hours, working 4 days over 7 including evenings and weekends. Derwent Hill is a busy, friendly Outdoor Education & Training Centre set in idyllic surroundings in Portinscale, just outside Keswick, Cumbria. We provide high quality residential outdoor education courses for schools, colleges and youth groups, as well as corporate training events and group accommodation for adults. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, homely atmosphere, good food and inspiring setting.
The role is varied, flexible and will include evenings and weekends. The role includes assisting with the preparation of packed lunches and service of meals, as well as general housework, bar service and cleaning the centre. We may also be able to offer accommodation.
As part of Sunderland City Council, we offer excellent terms and conditions, including a generous local government pension. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
