You will work with referrals from partner organisations, assessing housing needs and providing practical advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. The role includes supporting people such as those who are due to be released from custody, delivering outreach and drop-in sessions, and working closely with partners to prevent and relieve homelessness.
You will be required to complete thorough Housing Needs Assessments and develop Personalised Housing Plans. Managing a varied caseload, you’ll play a key role in ensuring people receive the right support at the right time.
