Qualifications
- At least a relevant NVQ level 3 Teaching and Learning/Coaching qualification or willingness to complete a Teaching Assistant course.
- Evidence of a caring and nurturing approach towards children to ensure all pupils achieve their very best.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
- High expectations of children\'s achievement and behaviour, and the ability to demonstrate quality classroom practice.
- Motivated and uses initiative when necessary.
- Passion for creating a stimulating learning environment.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to participate fully in all aspects of school life including extra-curricular activities.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults, offering personal and social support to the wellbeing of key children and their families, attending relevant meetings.

- Good sense of humour and commitment to supporting high standards and enjoyment of learning.

- Experience of working in a teaching and learning/coaching capacity.

- Ability to use skills, expertise and experience to support pupil learning.
