The Opportunity
We are seeking a Partnership Activation Executive to support the delivery and activation of partnership initiatives. In this role, you will lead the ideation and delivery of activation activities for smaller partners and support larger partners as needed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross‑functional workstreams both internally and with partner organisations to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables that promote partner satisfaction, renewal, and return on investment. You will act as a reliable operational partner to your assigned partners, providing clear communication, onboarding support and proactively resolving issues. Additionally, you will help turn partner insights into actionable improvements and drive excellence in delivery across all initiatives.
What We Ask For
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in activation delivery, partnership marketing, project management or operations within marketing, partnerships or events. You should be highly organised with strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple workstreams across cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a primary operational point of contact for both partners and internal stakeholders. A proactive, customer‑focused attitude, along with the ability to translate feedback into process improvements, is key to success in this role. A Basic DBS from Sunderland AFC is required.
