The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that enhance the technical, tactical, physical and psychological development of goalkeepers aged 13-18. They will manage individual development plans, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to maximise player potential. Working closely with age-group coaches, they will ensure goalkeeping development is fully integrated within the team environment while promoting modern coaching practices, player wellbeing and injury prevention. The role also requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, ensuring the welfare of all players is at the heart of the programme, alongside a dedication to continuous professional development and coaching excellence.
