The Opportunity: Deliver an exceptional matchday experience for our customers and corporate guests, ensuring every visit is welcoming, professional and memorable. Working as part of the Major Events and Fan Experience team, you will help create a first‑class atmosphere across our suites and bars, building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding service throughout the event. You will work closely with catering and bar teams, handle enquiries with confidence and professionalism, support the smooth delivery of matchday operations and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across the stadium.
