About The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for sunday app, your primary mission will be to initiate and qualify high‑potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) to create a smooth handoff process, ensuring that each prospect is prepared and aligned for the sales team to convert them into clients. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on prospecting, is tech‑savvy with CRM tools, and can effectively identify and qualify leads through detailed research, strategic outreach, and nurturing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar SDR, Sales, or Business Development role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and/or experience in a B2B environment.
About You
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant tech, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Background in fast‑paced SaaS environments, with a focus on building new markets or establishing early‑stage market presence.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io or similar CRM and sales automation software.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to identify potential prospects through research and outreach, specifically in the hospitality and restaurant tech sectors.
- CRM & Sales Automation: Skilled in using HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar tools to track and optimize the prospecting and pipeline‑building process.
