About The Role
The Head of Revenue is responsible for driving the organisation's revenue growth, shaping its Revenue strategy, and leading high‐performing teams across sales, partnerships, and revenue operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‐on execution to ensure the business consistently meets and exceeds its Revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the company's Revenue strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth. Lead long‐term planning across sales, partnerships, pricing, and revenue operations. Provide strategic input into company‐wide decisions as part of the senior leadership team.
- Revenue Growth & Performance: Own revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Identify new market opportunities and define go‐to‐market plans. Optimise pricing models, revenue terms, and deal structures to maximise margin.
- Partnerships & Business Development: Build and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new distribution channels and value‐added opportunities. Negotiate high‐value revenue agreements with key customers and partners. Strengthen the company's presence through industry events, networks, and relationship management.
- Team Management & Development: Lead and develop the Revenue organisation, including Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Build a high‐performance culture centred on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Recruit, onboard, and coach revenue talent.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support Revenue success. Ensure alignment between market needs and product development priorities. Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior revenue, revenue, or business development leadership role.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in a fast‐paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills.
- Expertise in building and scaling sales and partnership functions.
- Experience in SaaS, Hospitality Technology is a strong advantage.
- Confident leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
