About Us
Sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, Sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About The Role
As our Product Marketing & Content Manager, your ultimate goal is to make sure every market-facing touchpoint from a sales deck to a product launch is clear, compelling, and built to convert. You’ll join a lean but mighty marketing team of 5 FTEs and report directly to Yohan Bisson, Head of Marketing. Sunday’s marketing has achieved a lot with very little — but we’ve hit the ceiling of what’s possible without a dedicated product marketer. That’s where you come in. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Growth — translating features into customer value, equipping the sales team with world-class materials, and driving messaging consistency across our markets (UK, US, France). This is a high-impact role at the heart of Sunday’s growth engine. Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement
- You build and maintain a high-quality library of sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, upsell materials, case studies, and prospecting sequences.
- You localise and adapt assets for each of our markets (UK, US, France).
- You ensure every Sales team has what they need to close: battle cards, testimonials, follow-up email sequences, and post-demo materials.
- You run regular audits of sales content — tracking usage, performance, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Content Strategy & Messaging
- You are the point of reference for all product-related messaging across external channels.
- You own the product marketing content calendar and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities.
- You lead copywriting efforts where needed and coordinate external content creators when required.
- You ensure consistency across web, CRM, and all outbound communications.
- Product Launch & Go-To-Market
- You own end-to-end GTM plans for new product features and releases.
- You lead all content creation around launches: website copy, press releases, email announcements, customer comms, and sales materials.
- You collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Content Strategy — ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional launches and deliver assets across teams and timelines.
- A sharp instinct for storytelling: you turn technical features into compelling customer value.
- Able to own projects end-to-end while staying genuinely collaborative.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the hospitality or payments industry.
- Comfortable with basic design tasks (Figma, Canva, etc.).
