The predicted salary is between 34000 - 47600 £ per year.

Employment Type & Location: Permanent, Full Time – Hybrid, mainly online delivery. Based in Liverpool/Merseyside/NorthWest/The Wirral with half a day at the office for team meetings once a week.

Salary: £34k plus completion bonuses.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. Finish at 3pm on Fridays.

Benefits: 20 days holidays, bank holidays, Christmas shutdown for 2 weeks, support, healthcare, CPD, training.

Job Overview: The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace. Reporting to the Performance Manager, the role will be to deliver teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 in Management and Coaching.
  • Experience of training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal review of the apprentices' progress from the start to the endpoint assessment.
  • Support approx 40 learners undertaking an independent qualification programme of learning.
  • Experienced Leadership and Management Coach is essential.
  • Good maths, English and ICT skills.
  • Ideally experience of using Onefile and working with a cohort of approx 40 learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
  • Assist in the compilation of learner portfolios and monitor the quality of learning.
  • Support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.
  • Contribute to the development of the candidates’ plans of individual training needs.
  • Assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge.
  • Support the internal quality assurance process.
  • Provide high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal review of the apprentices’ progress from the start to the endpoint assessment.
  • Personable and engaging; organised and motivated.
