A growing private healthcare group is looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented Clinic Manager to join the team at an exciting time. We're transitioning from a successful small operation into a professional multi-site business, with ambitions to expand to 6 clinics across the UK and treat 10,000 patients annually. This is a role for someone who gets things done. You'll be based at our clients Rickmansworth office, coordinating a small team of interns and administrators, overseeing multiple clinic locations, and playing a central role in our continued growth.
The Role
- Managing patient bookings and communications via our SEMBLE platform
- Coordinating interns and admin staff across clinic locations
- Overseeing operations at London clinic sites (Harley Street and other locations)
- Handling complex patient queries and escalations
- Supporting invoicing, admin processes, and reporting
Growth responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new clinic locations (Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and beyond)
- Building clinical and admin teams across multiple sites
- Developing GP referral networks and commercial partnerships
- Supporting marketing, digital presence, and social media activity
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You
We're looking for a racehorse, someone we might need to rein in rather than push. You'll thrive here if you:
- Have a can-do, solutions-first attitude — you present options, not problems
- Have experience in a private healthcare or medical secretary role
- Are comfortable coordinating multiple priorities across different locations
- Are based near Rickmansworth or able to commute easily (Met line access helpful)
- Are willing to roll up your sleeves in the early stages before stepping into a more strategic role
- Experience with SEMBLE or similar healthcare CRM systems is a bonus, as is any knowledge of CQC requirements.
