Job Description
Aesthetic Practitioner (Part-Time, 3 days per week)
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly, professional, and approachable team. The successful candidate will provide injectable aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, polynucleotides, and Profhilo. This role involves working in a busy clinic environment alongside surgical services, delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of injectable aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, polynucleotides, Profhilo)
- Manage a clinical diary of approximately 3 full days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or including Saturday if preferred)
- See between 10-15 patients per day, providing expert consultation and treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical governance and CQC standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and operational team, including remote medical director oversight
- Uphold a warm, welcoming, and professional approach to patient care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Level 7 qualified or equivalent) with independent prescribing qualification OR Medical Doctor with relevant aesthetic experience
- Proven experience and competence in injectable aesthetic treatments
- Ability to manage a high-volume clinical schedule efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Professional, warm, and able to integrate well into a small, close-knit team
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Willingness to work 3 full days per week (8 hours per day)
Remuneration:
- Salary range: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Additional Information:
- The clinic is located in a residential area with parking available.
- Public transport options include a nearby train station (15-minute walk) and tram service (~30-minute walk).
- The clinic has a medical director who provides remote oversight.
- The role requires close communication with the Head of Clinical Services and Operational Manager.
