Our client is a highly successful, well-established leader in the cosmetic and aesthetic medical sector. With a recognised brand and four high-performing sites, including three specialist skin clinics and a private hospital, the business is currently experiencing a surge in patient demand.

To support their next phase of growth, they are looking for a Director of Operations to take the reins of the day-to-day business. This is a pivotal, senior hire designed to bridge the gap between the clinical ground teams and the business owner.

This isn't an office-based 'strategy only' position. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field. You will act as the primary point of escalation for clinical leads, managing everything from staff performance and HR to supplier relationships, technology maintenance, and patient experience.

  • People Leadership: Building credible, high-trust relationships with surgeons and medical staff while managing performance and wellbeing across a team of 30.
  • Commercial Management: Controlling procurement and supplier contracts, ensuring cost-efficiencies without compromising on clinical quality.
  • Performance Reporting: Working with the Sales Director to ensure operational capacity meets commercial demand and providing regular reporting to the owner.

You should be someone with natural gravitas and the confidence to command the respect of senior medical professionals. Strong people management skills with the emotional intelligence to lead both clinical and non-clinical teams. Willingness to travel: This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing business at a transformative moment. You'll have real autonomy to shape the operational foundations of a group with serious scaling ambitions.
