We are seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Director to join our established private hospital located in Southwest London. Our client specialises in a wide range of surgical procedures, including ophthalmic and cosmetic surgery, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Role Overview
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's operations, acting as the owner's voice and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires a strong background in private healthcare and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all business operations, serving as the primary liaison between owners, staff, and external stakeholders.
