We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our clients brand new cosmetic surgery clinic located south of Manchester. This state-of-the-art facility features two surgical theatres and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the clinic, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will also take on the role of CQC Registered Manager, ensuring that the site meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- CQC Compliance: Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring the clinic meets all CQC regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and development of the clinic, aligning with organisational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance structures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Experience in Cosmetic Surgery Setting: Essential experience in managing a cosmetic surgery clinic. Due to the nature of this new clinic, we cannot support applicants requiring training.
Healthcare Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role in a clinic or hospital setting.
CQC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.
