London Based - Multi-Site Clinics - Some National and International Travel

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead our clinic operations across multiple sites. You will drive performance, ensure excellence, and support talented teams to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do

  • Operations & Performance: Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, set and achieve revenue targets while controlling costs, monitor key metrics (utilisation, productivity, margins) and use data to drive improvements, and manage clinic systems including CRM, booking platforms, and POS.
  • Lead and coach Clinic Managers and Front-of-House teams, support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews, and build a high-performance culture where people thrive.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct regular audits for health & safety, infection control, and GDPR, and maintain exceptional service standards across all sites.
  • Client Experience & Growth: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions, improve conversion rates and client satisfaction, support rollout of new services and technologies, and identify opportunities for commercial improvement.

What experience do you need:

  • Proven multi-site management experience (clinic, beauty, wellness, or hospitality)
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a people-first approach
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Comfortable travelling between sites regularly
