We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to be the vital link between our London head office, warehouse, retail partners, spas, TV shopping channels and global distributors. This is a varied role that combines office-based sales operations with regular in-store support across London department stores. You will be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while building genuine relationships with our retail partners and internal teams.

You will be supporting the Sales team with order processing, tracking and returns, while working closely with our warehouse to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery. Keeping an eye on stock levels and trends to keep products flowing will be key, as will managing CRM systems and sales data with accuracy. You will prepare documentation for retailers and TV shopping partners, provide friendly, responsive support to accounts via phone and email, and visit stores to maintain merchandising standards and support our brand presence. Creating reports and analysis to support business decisions will also be part of your remit.
What we are looking for:
- At least 4 years in sales administration, operations, supply chain or retail head office
- Hands-on experience with sales orders, stock management and retailer accounts
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing data
- Background in beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer goods is a real plus
- Strong Excel skills (pivots and XLOOKUPs are beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Professional communication skills and a warm, collaborative approach
- Passion for retail and premium consumer brands
