An exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK Podiatrist to join a specialist practice in Central London, treating a diverse caseload from elite athletes to active individuals.
The Role:
- Conduct comprehensive biomechanical assessments and video gait analysis
- Design and fit custom foot orthoses
- Manage complex foot and ankle injuries including Achilles tendinopathy, plantar heel pain, and adult acquired flat foot
- Fit and manage Richie Braces (AFO) for ankle pathologies
- Work collaboratively with consultants, sports medicine doctors, and physiotherapists
- Treat conditions including hypermobility disorders, rheumatological conditions, and sports injuries
Essential:
- HCPC registered Podiatrist
- Experience in MSK podiatry and biomechanics
- Strong gait analysis and orthotic prescription skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
Desirable:
- Postgraduate training in MSK/sports medicine
- Experience with athletes
- Richie Brace fitting experience
