About the Role

As our Nail Technician, you'll deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures and specialist treatments in a warm, welcoming environment - naturally achieving retail and treatment goals through genuine passion for beauty.

Strong diary management and rebooking skills are key to keeping the schedule full and organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver manicures, pedicures and nail treatments to a premium standard
  • Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookings
  • Achieve retail and treatment targets through genuine recommendations
  • Manage your diary accurately, handling bookings and rebookings
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, well-presented treatment area
  • Support colleagues as part of the wider clinic team
  • Stay current with new treatments, techniques and products

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 minimum in Nail Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year's experience in a salon, spa or clinic
  • Strong focus on manicures and pedicures, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage a busy diary independently and as part of a team
  • Working Hours

Full-time, permanent: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
