As a long-standing agricultural company specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality animal feed, the business' commitment to excellence in animal nutrition and customer service has earned them a reputation as a trusted supplier in the industry.
Working alongside the Sales & Transport teams, you will be responsible for coordinating the production and distribution of animal feed products across Northern Ireland. Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, liaising with production facilities and customers and ensuring orders are accurate.
If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have great attention to detail and good customer service skills then full training can be provided!
The Role
- Managing relationships with suppliers and farmers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality feed
- Collaborating with sales and transport teams to understand customer requirements
- Accurate data entry of order type & quantity
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a ROT A basis
