Job Description Summary
Customer Coordinator (Call-Center)
Sunbelt’s Strategic Customer Coordinator is equipped for success to serve our customers effectively. This role provides exceptional, professional, and efficient service to Strategic Customers in renting construction/industrial equipment and store items. It acts as the central point of contact for these accounts, ensuring customer needs and requests are met, embodying the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability, and ease.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center customer service role
- Equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred
- Wynne software experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Construction equipment knowledge
- Customer service ethic and positive approach
- Communication skills
- Ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
Physical Demands & Safety:
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be made to comply with laws.
