We are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Reporting team. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity in a high profile role with a leading employer. This will be a key position over the coming years, as the company looks to increase revenue, improve profitability and Return on Investment.
This role will require you to engage with various stakeholders within the business, both internal and external, to provide best in class reporting, to simplify and automate existing tasks, provide detailed analysis to aid decision making and give people the information needed to carry out their duties to its optimum.
Responsibilities:- Development of business and functional requirements for reports
- Engage with key stakeholders within the business (Customers, Sales, Operations, Finance, Assets)
- Scope requirements and prioritise accordingly
- Document and plan requests
- Completion of tasks through to user acceptance
- Help making people more self-sufficient
- Reduce time-consuming manual processes
- Enhance reporting output and visualisations
- Maintain effective working relationships with business departments
- Work closely with IT colleagues for data requirements and assistance with more complex requirements
